What’s Cooking?

My mum came to visit this week and brought this ‘Tofoo Shin Ragu’ with her made from a recipe spotted on Instagram. Made with grated extra firm tofu, walnuts and mushrooms, It’s a delicious, protein packed and filling meal. The combination of textures between the tofu, mushroom and crunch of walnuts worked really well and had me going back for seconds!
