How a vegan diet could improve heart health ‘significantly’ within a month: A groundbreaking study, involving identical twins, has provided further valuable evidence that adopting a vegan diet can significantly improve a person’s heart health within a month. Stanford University researchers studied 22 pairs of identical twins, all of whom ate varying quantities of meat and fish before the trial began.
‘Michelin Star quality’ 3D-printed vegan meat is now available in a major UK retailer: A vegan meat alternative, called Redefine Meat, is now available via Ocado.The Redefine Meat’s chef quality range has been described as being comparable to meats used by Michelin-star chefs such as Marco Pierre-White, Alexis Gauthier, Robin Gill, and Ron Blaauw.
Beyond Meat pepperoni is now available on Pizza Hut pizzas across the UK: Pizza Hut has been riding the vegan bandwagon for a while now. Its pizza topped with vegan ‘ch**se’ has been around since 2017 and herbivores have long been able to enjoy vegan chicken nuggets and dairy-free cheesecake. Now the chain has teamed up with Beyond Meat to bring even more vegan options to its restaurants.
Chris Packham slams I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here over ‘appalling abuse of animals’ in fiery rant: ITV show I’m A Celeb has come under fire once again for its infamous use of animals in the Bush Tucker Trials. Conservationist Chris Packham has slammed ITV’s popular TV show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here. The star, who regularly uses his platform to advocate veganism, has accused producers of abusing animals during its infamous Bush Tucker Trials.

Turns out this Tiktok lark is pretty good and vegan food TikTok has become a bit of an obsession! The sheer number of accounts showcasing spectacular vegan food creations is very inspiring. It definitely makes me want to get into the kitchen more often and try my hand and whipping up some of the incredibly tasty looking dishes I’ve seen.
